Dear Happy Time Squares:
This Message goes to our Caller Vic and Donna, Happy Time Squares New Dancer Members and our Wonderful Angels, Photographers' and Guests. For everyone's dedication to Square Dancing, Frank and I want to thank all of you for making our twenty-two weeks of lessons a success. To Vic for your outstanding teaching and making the learning process fun for everyone, we thank you. Donna we appreciate your support and are happy that you could join us Monday night. To Happy Time Squares newest dancers. Happy Time Squares is proud to have all of you as members of our club. You bring additional fun and vitality to our own dances and when you visit other clubs. We hope that you can go to several dances in between our monthly dance. Lareeda and Ace, our Travel Chair's put out a monthly calendar of travel dances and fun dances. Not all dances are listed on the calendar so please refer to the list of additional dances that I had emailed last week. We look forward to many dances with you. Now to our Angels. You are the ones that are able to help guide our new dancers with your patience and experience. During this lesson time you make new friendships and show people that square dancing is fun and a wonderful place to be. We have all found that lesson time is something to look forward to and we miss being with everyone when lessons are over. Monday night we had three official photographers, Jerry Henley, Bob Rainbolt and Vernon Nelson. Thank you guys for recording this part of Happy Time Squares history. Last but not least, thanks to Toni and Vernon Nelson of Topeka, KS, members of HTS and Club Coordinators for Northeast Kansas Square Dance Association (NEKSDA), for coming to our graduation to hand out the packets with information about square dancing and tickets to the Tenderfoot Dance, March 9, 2008 at Croco Hall. Even though Graduation is over, the vote Monday night was to have one more workshop next Monday evening, the 25th, 7:00 p.m. at Centenary. We look forward to seeing all of you then. Frank and Betty
